**Your responsibilities**:

- You work with the project manager and team to maximize productivity.
- You collaborate with the whole project team, and you contribute to the entire project lifecycle.
- You are responsible for organizing and monitoring schedules and focusing on deadlines.
- You report updates to the management.
- You monitor the budget and help in ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- Your tasks include monitoring and reporting the time recording.
- You create a vacation planning, which includes the reduction of overtime.
- You support our team in goods receipt, goods issue, inventory and international shipping.
- You organize events, meetings and trainings.
- You compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
- You implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
- You take over miscellaneous tasks to support the managers.

**Your profile**:

- You have excellent computer skills, including advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
- You can revise training material, Power Point slides or other documents.
- You have organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- First project management experience or ticket management experience is a plus.
- You are discreet and trustworthy: you will often be party of confidential information.
- You can be proactive and take the initiative.
- You are tactful and diplomatic and have a positive and encouraging personality.
- You have a strong willingness to learn and are a team player.
