**activities**
- We expect the DC Associate (C) to present himself or herself as a cooperative foreman. This means that you will spend about half of your time on (operational) managerial tasks such as motivating and supervising your colleagues.
- You act as a technical point of contact for employees and manage them operationally. You ensure that the agreed deadlines are met (productivity)
- In the absence of another DC Coordinator or Teamleader you can observe them.
- You are expected to point out possible deviations in the process to your colleagues. If necessary, you intervene and provide additional instruction or adjustment to your col-league.
- In addition, you can improvise to solve bottlenecks, you think about improvement points for the process, and you help to implement them.
- The rest of the time you are engaged in operational activities.

**We ask**
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level and knowledge of the logistics process
- You have leadership qualities such as a great sense of responsibility, you take initiative, you have a firm footing and dare to address others
- You work in a structured, planned, and accurate manner
- You are good with systems and well versed in numbers
- You are communicative and master the Dutch and English language in word and writing
