**Sales & Product Management Assistant (m/w/d) Personal Care**:
**in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (mind. 30 Std./Woche)**

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du sorgst im engen Austausch mit unseren internationalen Sales & Product Management und dem Customer Service der Business Unit Personal Care für eine optimale Kundenbetreuung sowie einen reibungslosen Prozessablauf.
- Du koordinierst und organisierst spezifische Aufgaben im Team und stehst diesbezüglich regelmäßig in engem Austausch mit dem Kollegenkreis.
- Den Vertrieb unterstützt du bei der Bearbeitung von eingehenden Kundenanfragen, einschließlich der Erstellung, Kalkulation und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten.
- Du bist für die Pflege von Potenzialen und Angebote sowie Kunden-und Kontaktinformationen als auch für die Eingabe von Musteraufträgen in vertriebsrelevanten Systemen verantwortlich.
- Du stellst die Beantwortung technischer Fragebögen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Qualitätsabteilung sowie technischer Kundenanfragen mit dem Wissen unseres Anwendungstechniklabors, dem CARE Studio, sicher.
- Die eigenständige Betreuung des Portfolios unserer direkten Industriekunden könnte ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehören.
- In der Funktion als Sales & Product Management Assistant (m/w/d) berichtest du direkt an den Business Unit Director Personal Care.

**Dein Profil**
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Darüber hinaus konntest du schon Berufserfahrung im Bereich Teamassistenz, Vertriebsinnendienst oder Customer Service sammeln - idealerweise im Kosmetikumfeld.
- Du überzeugst mit deinem Organisationsvermögen sowie mit deiner kommunikativen Kompetenz und Lösungsorientierung.
- Du bist aufgeschlossen und bringst eine ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung mit.
- Du magst die strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise in einem interdisziplinären und internationalen Team.
- Du kannst dich sehr sicher auf Englisch in Wort und Schrift ausdrücken.
- Ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office sowie CRM- und ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Navision, rundet dein Profil ab.
