**Job Description**:
**Your key tasks**
- Provide strategic direction and vision for the Application Management Services (AMS) Europe Division, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Division, ensuring the delivery and maintenance of cutting-edge technology solutions for Avaloq clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Determine the AMS operating model in Region Europe, incl. setup of organization, roles and responsibilities, process unification and optimization, standard procedures and adequate tool support..
- Actively drive the optimization of the location footprint, incl. the use of near
- and offshore locations to maximize value for clients.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Division, implementing best practices, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and project management teams, to ensure seamless integration with other areas of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities, with a track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with clients.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
