**About the Role**

As a Founders' Associate (f/m/d) you will be involved in all areas of the company and support the founding team in further develop the w3.hub. Your focus will be on the establishment & expansion of the Co-working space areas across membership, event & facility processes. You will be involved in client communication as well as coordination within the company. Apart from your main responsibilities within the w3.hub, you will be partly involved in w3.fund processes as well.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Create an experience that brings together the Web3 community & where everyone feels welcomed, providing a space for exchange about the future’s Web.
- Support the founding team in the areas of administration, operations, finance, sales as well as the strategic planning
- Optimize internal and external organizational processes.
- Coordinate and manage event logistics, including supplier relations, setup, and breakdown, ensuring each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Play a pivotal role in the operational leadership of the w3.hub facility, with the potential to oversee the entire building's operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for events & membership, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a high-energy, dynamic environment, eager for a new adventure.
- Exceptional client relationship and event management skills.
- Organizational and project management capabilities are a must
- Entrepreneurial mindset; structured pragmatism is key at w3.hub. Building an early stage company is about trying, failing, iterating and ultimately learning a lot
- Ability to stay on top of things, even if you have to _“juggle 10 balls at once”._ Stress drives you to excellence, not resignation
- Excellent communicator, fluent in English, with German proficiency a bonus.
- Ready to work on-site in Berlin, available for weekend events.

**Salary**: 45.000,00€ - 55.000,00€ per year
