**Deine Rolle**:
Als Werkstudent im Customer Service bei LetMeShip bist du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich leidenschaftlich darum bemüht, unseren Kunden erstklassigen Service im Bereich des Versandmanagements zu bieten. Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, unsere Kunden bei ihren Anliegen zu unterstützen, sei es bei der Beratung zu Versandlösungen, der Lösung von Problemen oder der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen. Deine Mission ist es, durch deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, deine Kundenorientierung und deine Teamarbeit einen positiven Beitrag zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens zu leisten und dabei wertvolle Erfahrungen für deine persönliche und berufliche Entwicklung zu sammeln.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Bearbeitung der Open Shipments
- Neuavisierung von fehlgeschlagenen Abholungen und Abholbuchungen.
- Bearbeitung von Versandmaterial für Kunden, inklusive Verpackung und Buchung.
- Proaktives Monitoring von Neusendungen und sensiblen Sendungen.
- Interne Laufzeitreklamationen an die Dienstleister weiterleiten.
- Recherche von Sendungsdaten und -listen als Unterstützung für den HeadOf und Teamlead.
- Zuordnung von Erstattungen für Reklamationen.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Immatrikulation an einer deutschen Hochschule oder Universität in einem relevanten Studiengang (z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder ähnliches)
- Hybrides Arbeiten: Du wohnst in Hamburg oder planst gerade deinen Umzug? Perfekt Wir sind an zwei Tagen in der Woche im Hamburger Office. Die restlichen drei Tage hast du die Möglichkeit, im Home-Office zu arbeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und lösungsorientiert zu bleiben
- Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
