**ABOUT THE TEAM**

In Product Engineering, Customer Innovation and Maintenance (CIM) accelerates customer success through value-driven innovation and maintenance. Our team, the Strategy and Operations focuses on defining CIM’s strategic direction, managing efficient and effective business operations and driving change and people-centric activities to create an inclusive working culture that enables employees to thrive.

**THE ROLE**

We’re looking for someone (f/m/d) who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. Expectations and Tasks:

- Support creating newsletters and other communication materials
- Prepare broadcast meetings and deep dive sessions for different topics
- Support executive communications and announcements
- Support for execution of employee development programs together with program lead
- Work on continuously improving the quality of the programs and offerings through new ideas

LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
- Work with a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team that defines the strategy for one of SAP’s leading innovation arms
- Get insights in cutting-edge innovation processes and strategic customer projects
- Learn the value of creating high-impact key messages to engage and inspire
- Work in an environment that drives strategic projects across regions and teams
- Learn time management, presentation skills, facilitation, and moderation skills

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Business Administration, Media Management, Psychology or similar
- Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with video editing and design software is beneficial
- Language skills: Excellent writing and speaking skills in English, German would be a plus
- Soft skills: Team player, excellent communication skills, self-driven and solution-oriented with interpersonal skills
- Others: High degree of motivation, ability to work independently, coordinate multiple activities with high attention to detail
