Global Category Director Fabric Care

As global category director Fabric Care you lead and manage the important category of Fabric Care for one of our top Body & Home Care clients globally. You will drive the business; grow sales and profitability by inspiring internal teams and key stakeholders on the client side. You will be a leading force to foster our position as the reference and the preference for this strategic client.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Leads the Category Business Plan and provides global Category leadership
- Builds enthusiasm for the client and becomes dsm-firmenich's encyclopedia of their laundry brands
- Actively steers and controls key commercial metrics for the category
- Develops, communicates, implements, and maintains the global category strategy
- Translates and anticipates customer requirements and manages expectations through effective communication and resource mobilization
- Understands client technology and innovation needs and translates them into initiatives
- Provides ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and become the client's reference and preference

**You bring**
- Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, science...)
- Experience: 5-7 years of successful fragrance/ingredient international sales experience
- Empathic self-starter with excellent people skills
- Strong overall business acumen
- Computer literacy - fluent in English
- Passionate team player
