**Maintenance Supervisor Assistant MECH MC (m/w/d)**:
Ihre Aufgaben:

- Vertretung des Maintenance Supervisor MECH während seiner Abwesenheit
- Mitarbeiterdisposition und Delegation von Aufgaben im Rahmen der Arbeitsprozesse
- Sicherstellung regelmäßiger individueller wie auch allgemeiner Kommunikation und Information
- Unterstützung des Maintenance Supervisor MECH bei seinen täglichen Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Baustellenabnahmen
- Planung von kurzfristigen Reparaturen
- Überwachung der Arbeit des Instandhaltungspersonals, sowie der Vertragsnehmer im Rahmen des definierten Instandhaltungsprozesses
- Verantwortung für die Beschaffung und Bereitstellung und Kontrolle des benötigen Materials im Rahmen der Arbeiten in seinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Vorbereitung der Durchführung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen im vorgegebenen Zeitrahmen und Umfang
- Verantwortung für die Optimierung des Einsatzes der Mitarbeiter und/oder Kontraktoren für die Arbeiten in seinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Information an den zuständigen Vorgesetzten über Ergebnisse oder Wahrnehmungen außerhalb des Toleranzbereiches bzw. Normalverhaltens. Analyse der Ursache und Vermeidung eines Wiedereintretens des Fehlers durch geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen
- Zusammenstellung und Weitergabe von Informationen entsprechend den festgelegten Informations
- und Berichtspflichten
- Erarbeitung und Überprüfung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Reliability
- und Maintenance
- Ingenieuren Checklisten und Arbeitsanweisungen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

- Techniker oder Meister mit entsprechend technischem Bezug zur Stelle und langjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Maintenance Management in der Prozessfertigung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Reparatur und Instandhaltung von Verfahrensausrüstung
- Erweiterte Kenntnisse in Verfahrenstechnik oder Maschinenbau
- SAP-Kenntnisse
- Hohe Affinität für sorgfältiges und kompetentes Analysieren von Ursachen, Sachlagen und Lösungsmöglichkeiten & deren schneller Umsetzung
- Guter Teamplayer und sehr kooperationsfähig sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gutes Verständnis und Geschick für die Organisation und Planung
