Die Bundesnotarkammer ist eine Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts mit Sitz in Berlin. Sie vertritt
die deutschen Notarinnen und Notare national und international, wirkt in Gesetzgebungsverfahren
sowie bei der Entwicklung des nationalen Berufsrechts mit, sorgt für die Fortbildung der Notare und
entwickelt und betreibt komplexe IT-Systeme im Bereich des elektronischen Rechtsverkehrs, wie bei
- spielsweise das Fachverfahren XNotar und das Notarnetz. Daneben unterhält die Bundesnotarkam
- mer mit dem Zentralen Vorsorgeregister, dem Zentralen Testamentsregister, dem Elektronischen
Urkundenarchiv und der Zertifizierungsstelle weitere Einrichtungen für die deutschen Notarinnen und

**Mitarbeitender Travel Management (w/m/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Reiseorganisation von National
- und Interkontinentalreisen
- Buchungen von Flügen, Bahnreisen, Transfers, Mietwagen, Hotels für unsere Geschäftsführung,
- Mitarbeiter und Gremienmitglieder unter Einhaltung unserer Reiserichtlinien- Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs von der Anfrage über die Planung bis zur Abwicklung
- und (Reisekosten-)Abrechnung der Reise- Erstellung von Reiseplänen und Kostenkalkulationen
- Recherche und Beratung zu allen Bestimmungen und Vorschriften bezüglich der Reise
- Beschaffung von Reisevisa
- Abwicklung von Zahlungen
- Aufgabenbezogene Korrespondenz, enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Standorten in Brüssel
- und Köln- Datenpflege und Ablage
- Prüfung von Reisekostenabrechnungen mit Circula
- Bahncardbestellung und -verwaltung

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, Dienstleistungssektor oder als

Reisverkehrskauffrau (w/m/d) oder gleichwertige Fachkenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
- Erfahrungen in der Organisation und der Betreuung von Geschäftsreisen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hotellerie, Reisebüro oder Travel Management
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Organisationsgeschick
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Selbstständige, strukturiere und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute sprachliche Ausdrucksform in Wort und Schrift
- Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger IT-Anwendungen (MS Office, insbesondere Excel)
- Sichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrungen mit Cytric Buchungssystem wünschenswert
- Erfahrungen mit Circula/ Reisekostenabrechnungstool wünschenswert
