**Das sind Deine Aufgaben**
- Du absolvierst ein 3-jähriges Duales Studium zum Bachelor of Arts im Studiengang Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Industrie
- Das Studium findet in einem dreimonatigen Wechsel in Kooperation mit der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Villingen-Schwenningen statt
- Durch das Duale Studium verbindest Du Theorie mit der Unternehmenspraxis unseres Technologiekonzerns und stärkst hierdurch Deine betriebswirtschaftlichen Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten
- In der Praxisphase durchläufst Du unsere kaufmännischen Fachabteilungen, wie z.B. Personal, Controlling, Finanzbuchhaltung, Vertrieb und Einkauf
- Zusätzlich lernst Du neben fachlichen Qualifikationen auch alles Wichtige über Planung, Organisation und Kommunikation und unterstützt uns während des Studiums bei anspruchsvollen Projekten

**Das bringst Du mit**
- Du verfügst über eine gute allgemeine oder fachgebundene Hochschulreife und konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen durch Schulpraktika im kaufmännischen Bereich sammeln
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Maß an themenübergreifendem Denken in Kombination mit Begeisterung für komplexe betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office runden Dein Profil ab
