Associate Specialist - Account Management

The Associate Specialist - Account Management is a key role for our Sales Organization as we continue to build on our success in the local markets. In this role you will supporting the entire Sales Force of the savings banks account team in the role of sales excellence/ Sales office service.

Role
- Sales excellence / Sales office service
- Internal support of the sales team topics, like customer information, opportunities, contract management, etc.
- Successfully manage customer lifecycle and all customer related topics in our CRM System

Accountabilities
- Internal support of the sales team topics, like customer information, opportunities, contract management, etc.
- Successfully manage customer lifecycle and all customer related topics in our CRM System
- Act as the primary point of contact between Mastercard’s Sales Team and internal functions, i.e. Franchise
- Monitor and ensure the highest level of our CRM Processes

Experience, Skills & Education
- Demonstrated success in customer/sales support roles, with specific and demonstrable experience in sales support management
- Demonstrated Mastercard’s customer centric approach
- Analytical and diagnostic capabilities
- Superior interpersonal, communications and especially support skills
- Self-starter, independent operator and highly proactive
- Industry commercial card expertise & support management

Responsible for the internal support of the sales team topics that are aligned with geography strategy and achieving sales goals that drive market share, volume, and revenue growth. Creates, leads and manages existing customer relationships set-up and documented in Mastercard’s System (SFDC).
