**Woran Du mit uns arbeitest**:

- Du unterstützt uns im Rahmen Deiner neuen Position vorrangig im Sales & Marketing sowie projektbezogen im HR-Bereich.
- Du nimmst dabei eine Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Deinen Kolleg*innen und unseren Kunden, Partnern & Interessenten sowie einer externen Personalmarketingagentur ein.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Qualifizierung, Erfassung und Bearbeitung telefonisch sowie schriftlich eingehender Anfragen von Neuinteressenten und Bestandskunden und dokumentierst die auf Deinen Beobachtungen basierenden Entwicklungen der Akquise in unserem Dokumentenmanagementsystem.
- Du erstellst passende Angebote für unsere aktuellen Akquisitionsprojekte.
- Du unterstützt unseren Sales Director durch die Koordination und Vorbereitung von Vertriebsterminen.
- Du übernimmst im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Rechenzentrumspartner Projekte aus den Bereichen Marketing & Sales Support, z. B. hinsichtlich der Organisation von Veranstaltungen oder der (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Prozessabläufen.
- Du bist für die Vorbereitung & Erstellung von Informationsmaterial und Unterlagen für unsere laufende Employer Branding-Kampagne zuständig & unterstützt uns bei der Erarbeitung einer Strategie für die Gewinnung neuer Kolleg*innen.

- Mit Deiner abgeschlossenen Ausbildung oder Deinem Studium im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich bzw. einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung, oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation,
- Deinen ersten Kenntnissen im Umgang mit digitalen Vertriebstools sowie idealerweise Deiner ersten praktischen Erfahrung in einem IT- bzw. Softwareunternehmen und Deiner branchenspezifischen Expertise,
- Deinem gekonnten Umgang mit den Microsoft Office-Produkten und Deinen fließenden Deutschkenntnissen in Wort & Schrift,
- Deiner analytischen & problemlösungsorientierten Denkweise und hohen Auffassungsgabe sowie Deinen ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und die notwendigen Schlüsse zu ziehen,
- Deiner Freude an der Arbeit mit Kunden & am Telefon und Deinem Talent, auch komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen,
- Deiner Kommunikationsstärke, Deiner aufgeschlossenen, kontaktfreudigen Art und Deinem starken Teamgeist,
- Deiner selbstständigen und zielorientierten Arbeitsweise sowie Deinem hohen Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative.
