Du möchtest die Entwicklung digitaler Immobilien aktiv mitgestalten? Mit einer Werkstudententätigkeit im Bereich Data Center Solutions kannst Du aktiv die rasante Entwicklung neuer Rechenzentren in Deutschland erleben.
Der Bereich **Data Center Solutions** ist verantwortlich für die Beratung von Entwicklern, Investoren und Nutzern von Rechenzentren in Deutschland. Zum Leistungsbild der Abteilung gehört u.a. die Identifikation und Bewertung von Grundstücken, die Transaktion von bestehenden Rechenzentren und die Beratung über einen Markteintritt.
Zur Verstärkung dieses Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen **Werkstudenten **(m/w/d) für unsere Niederlassung in **Düsseldorf** oder in **Frankfurt am Main**.

DAS MACHST DU BEI UNS
- Eigenständige Reporterstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen
- Vorbereitung von Vermarktungsexposés
- Recherchearbeiten, inkl. der Aufbereitung und Darstellung von Daten und Informationen
- Standort
- und Marktanalysen, Einholung von Informationen über Stromversorgungen und Baurecht
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Transaktionen (bspw. Erstellung und Pflege von Datenräumen)
DAS HAST DU ZU BIETEN
- (Immatrikulierter) Bachelor
- oder Masterstudent*, z. B. in den Bereichen Immobilienwirtschaft/-management, Geographie, Raumplanung, Architektur oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen - Studierende anderer Fachbereiche sind ebenso willkommen
- Erste Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse der Wertschöpfungsprozesse in der Immobilienwirtschaft (z.B. durch Praktika, Vertiefungsseminare, etc.)
- Spaß an der Arbeit mit Präsentationen sowie an gründlicher Recherchearbeit (z.B. bei der Anfertigung von Standort
- und Marktanalysen für Projektentwicklungen)
- Sehr selbständige Arbeitsweise auch aus dem Homeoffice heraus
- Engagement, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Word, Excel und PowerPoint
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
