Für unser **Accounting & Tax Team** suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n Director, der/die Lust hat das Accounting von Highsnobiety auf das nächste Level zu bringen. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Accounting sowie steuerliche Themen. Du führst und unterstützt das 6-köpfige Accounting Team und entwickelst es erfolgreich weiter.
Du verfügst über ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen o.Ä. und hast umfassende Erfahrung (8 Jahre+) in der Buchhaltung und im Management von Teams. Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Handelsrechts nach HGB, Konzernrechnungslegung nach IFRS, Corporate Taxes und der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Oracle Netsuite); sind wichtige Voraussetzungen.
**DEINE MISSION**:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Durchführung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB sowie das Reporting an die Muttergesellschaft
- Du verantwortest die Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Bilanzierungsrichtlinien sowie die Optimierung der buchhalterischen Prozesse und des Rechnungswesens
- Du hast Spaß an der Teamführung und leitest und entwickelst das Accounting Team fachlich und disziplinarisch weiter
- Du verstehst es, Prozesse end-to-end zu durchdringen, neue und bestehende kommerzielle Geschäftsvorfälle buchhalterisch zu übersetzen und abzubilden
- Du bist zentrale/r Ansprechpartner: In und Koordinator: In für die externe Steuerberatung sowie das Group Accounting der Muttergesellschaft
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung der Erfüllung gruppenweiter Transfer Pricing Verpflichtungen sowie für die Organisation der Dokumentation
**DEINE SKILLS**:
- Mindestens 8 Jahre + Erfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen darunter 3+ Jahre in einer Leitungsfunktion
- Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen und/oder Steuern)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS; gute Kenntnisse in deutschem Steuerrecht und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Hands-on und get-things-done Mentalität
- Erfahrung in der Verbesserung und Modellierung von Finanzprozessen im Rahmen einer Post Merger Situation sowie Erfahrungen im Bereich eCommerce
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie in der Motivation und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
- Anwendung von ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Oracle Netsuite
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
