As the Learning, Talent & Performance Management Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our Learning, Talent Development and Performance Management strategies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing learning experiences that enhance skills, drive engagement, and improve performance to ensure people growth across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and drive our success through a learning organization.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the Learning, Talent & Performance Management Team by providing a clear vision, strategy and objectives to become a high-performing team. Ensure that the team effectively collaborates within and cross the P&C function and the budget as well as resources are strategically allocated
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives our learning organization. Have an direct impact on the adaptability and resilience of our organization through highly capable leaders and experts.
- Design and deliver a range of learning experiences, including training and mentoring programs, and coaching sessions, to develop people capabilities.
- Lead the performance management process, including individual goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback, and coaching, to drive accountability and performance excellence.
- Implement talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and career development programs, to identify and develop our people.
- Drive initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and development, agility, innovation, inclusions and high performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning, talent, and performance management programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in your expert field.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, organizational development, consulting or performance management roles.
- Strong knowledge of learning, talent & leadership development best practices, theories, and methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and interventions.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing a learning organization that sees itself as a vehicle for strategy execution and ensuring people growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, instructional design and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong business accumen and deep understanding of the goals and needs of an highly dynamic product & tech company.
- Fluent in German & English
