**What will you do**

Supports Quality Excellence at the Wuppertal site to drive the digitization and automation roadmap and ensure continuous improvements and increases in efficiency.

**Main tasks**:

- Act as project support for important quality initiatives
- Act as a local contact for quality projects and implementation activities on site
- Manage tasks for the project within the project parameters
- Ensure that the project conforms to the company's established standards and procedures
- Manage projects with a specific focus on deliverables, tasks, and due dates
- Develop and assign project work plans that document all requirements, deadlines, forms, and actions required for the successful submission of project initiative proposals
- Drive successful implementations across multiple organizational functions
- Work with all cross-functional team members/system owners to complete required tasks and provide project updates
- Work on continuous improvement.
- Process optimization based on trend analyzes of key figures and product parameters: report automation, further development of MESQDAT (MES), creation of routines, creation of queries
- Management/supervision of workshops (process harmonization) within the campus (Germany/France)
- Supporting those responsible for campus quality assurance in the preparation and implementation of audits
- Adaptation of existing processes to national and international guidelines
- Maintenance and evaluation of key figures (KPIs)

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

Necessary experience & soft skills:

- Degree in engineering or natural sciences/technology (data analysis)
- Good knowledge of statistics and experience with Process Excellence tools
- Applied knowledge in project management (FPX)
- Structured and convincing communication
- Fluent knowledge of English and German (if not available, must be learned as soon as possible)
- Ambitions for further development steps

Required Technical Skills:

- PowerBI, Power Automate, etc.
- Dealing with local and global quality systems (TRU, MESQDAT, Trackwise, Symphony)
