Ihre Rolle- mit einem Team aus Projektleitern und Digital Experts sowie dem Team Automation Systems gestalten Sie mit viel Engagement das Themengebiet Smart Factory- Sie führen, coachen und entwickeln die Mitarbeitenden und bringen als Experte Projektmanagementkompetenz sowie fachliche Guidance in die durch das Team verantworteten Großprojekte ein- Sie schaffen Voraussetzungen und Strukturen für die übergreifende Etablierung von Standards zur Erhöhung des Digitalisierungsgrads und prüfen neue Technologien auf Relevanz und Anwendbarkeit innerhalb Operations- Sie stellen die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Automationslösungen im bestehenden Maschinenpark gemeinsam mit Ihrem interdisziplinären Team sicher > Sie gestalten aktiv die notwendigen Change Prozesse und stärken die Schnittstelle zwischen Operations, Research & Development und IT- als Mitglied im Managementteam M4 der SMT gestalten Sie die strategischen und kulturellen Themen in den Bereichen und Segmenten mit

Ihr Profil- ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit technischem oder naturwissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt, gerne mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung hochqualifizierter Mitarbeiter oder vergleichbare Erfahrung in der lateralen Führung im Rahmen interdisziplinärer Projekte
- und Projektteams- Begeisterung für die Chancen einer Smart Factory, verbunden mit der Expertise die darin enthaltenen Potenziale zu bewerten und zu realisieren- umfangreiche Erfahrungen in cross-funktionalen Arbeitsumgebungen mit einer hohen Anzahl an Schnittstellen und dem damit verbundenen Stakeholdermanagement über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg- ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit, Engagement sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität- Spaß daran, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren, zielorientiert zu steuern und dadurch die Gruppe zu einem leistungsstarken Team zu formen
