Job Description Summary- Maschinenführer Produktion (M/W/D)

Arbeiten im vollkontinuierlichem Mehrschichtsystem im Bereich der Tiegelfertigung und Plattenbiegeabteilung, flexibel an allen Produktionsmaschinen als auch im Bereich der QualitätsprüfungArbeiten im vollkontinuierlichem Mehrschichtsystem im Bereich der Tiegelfertigung und Plattenbiegeabteilung, flexibel an allen Produktionsmaschinen als auch im Bereich der Qualitätsprüfung

Ihre Verantwortung und Aufgaben (Auszug):

- Bereitstellung von Rohmaterialien
- Fertigung von Quarztiegeln an den Tiegelsinteranlagen
- Fertigung von Quarzplatten an der Plattenbiegeanlage
- Durchführung technischer Arbeiten
- Bedienen von Bearbeitungsmaschinen
- Reinigen und Verpacken von Quarzprodukten
- Qualitätsprüfung von Produkten in der Produktion gemäß Prüfspezifikationen
- Aktive Mitarbeit an EHS Themen und striktes einhalten der EHS Konzernrichtlinien
- Aktives Teammitglied in mindestens einem EHS Team wie z.B. Culture Change Team, Sicherheitsbeauftragten Team, JET Team, o.ä.
- Eigenmotivation nach entsprechender Qualifizierung eine Stellung als Schichtführer, oder stellvertretender Schichtführer zu übernehmen
- Führung von Flurförderfahrzeugen
- Ihre Qualifikation:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung Bereich Metall / Elektro
- Praktische Berufserfahrung in einer im Schichtbetrieb arbeitenden Produktionsabteilung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit computergestützten SPC Systemen
