**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Your day could start with you getting an overview of the talents with potential for key functions in the newly established company and arranging development talks with them. Next on your agenda, you will take part in a discussion about the need for global standards in the HR policy with our executives. Being inspired by the fruitful exchanges, you will start implementing those ideas together with your local HR heads of the factories.

After lunch, your analytical mind might be on demand: You will analyze, what HR IT tools can help run a lean HR organization more efficiently on a global and local level (some topics might be e.g. travel booking and HR reporting).

In the afternoon, it gets creative: You find yourself brainstorming about important questions like “How do we improve our employer branding? How do we find and keep talents?” Your day could finish by fostering trustful relationships with the employee representatives by establishing regular talks with them.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Acting as trusted partner to the CEO/CFO of Trench Group, responsibility for the governance of global HR-topics, global HR organization, and global HR guidelines
- Development of global HR strategies as well as initiatives, aligned with the overall business strategy, implementation of cultural change process and HR strategies in collaboration with local HR teams
- Managing a decentralized global HR organization and headquarters HR function in Germany as well as ensuring efficient administrative services for headquarters (Germany)
- Creating global standards for compensation and benefits for the management team at headquarters and factories, ensuring effective recruiting and retention measures according to business demands
- Developing long-term management development programs, deciding on global learning content and driving development of our organization as well as leading the HR relevant part of strategic projects, and a global high-performance culture

**What You Bring**
- University degree in business administration, economics, human resources, or organizational psychology
- At least 10 years of professional experience and minimum of 5 years in managing HR in a demanding, international environment with proven success in setting up an effective global HR organization for a midsized international company, combined with expertise in cultural transformation of larger multinational organizations
- Comprehensive experience in managing external payroll providers, pension & C&B-system providers and implementing HR-IT-systems (e.g. Time & Attendance, reporting systems)
- Profound experience in managing an HR-organization in Germany (e.g. cooperating with works council, employers’ associations, familiarity with German tarif systems, German labor law and contract conditions)
- Good understanding of HR-IT Tools, solutions, and platforms
- Experienced in the HR aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions
- Excellent German language skills as well as good command of English
