When additional resources are required, you make recommendations to the Responsible Person (RP)/Qualified Person (QP), the QA Manager and the EU QA/RA Director. Also, the RP/QP can ask you to make decisions on the final disposition of finished, returned, rejected, recalled, or falsified products. Moreover, you’ll participate in internal, client, supplier, and agency audits, and in various projects such as implementation of a new client or system. You’ll support investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints, follow-up on all Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and assess and approve changes related to the applicable processes and projects. By developing operating procedures and training our QA team and internal clients on these operating procedures and regulatory topics, you ensure that quality is always guaranteed.
