Dann suchen wir DICH als Content Editor/ Redakteur/in (m/w/d) bei Startup Insider, um unser Team zu verstärken und uns dabei zu unterstützen, die führende Content
- und Datenplattform der europäischen Startup-Szene zu bauen

Startup Insider ist eines der vielseitigsten und agilsten Informationsprojekte der deutschen Startup-Szene. Du willst bei dieser Reise von Beginn an dabei sein? Dann werde jetzt ein Teil unseres Core-Teams und gestalte zusammen mit uns die Zukunft der europäischen Startup-Szene

**Was wir brauchen: Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du verantwortest, planst, koordinierst und entwickelst unsere Content-Formate wie Newsletter oder Podcasts kontinuierlich weiter
- Du übernimmst die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung verschiedener inhaltlicher Projekte, darunter z.B. die Entwicklung und Planung von neuen Artikelserien, Interview-Rubriken, Leitfäden und mehr
- Gemeinsam mit dem Content-Team entwickelst Du die strategische Ausrichtung für unsere Inhalte weiter. Dabei berücksichtigst du aktuelle Trends, Zielgruppeninteressen und Unternehmensziele.
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Betreuung und Optimierung von Workflows sowie die Etablierung neuer Prozesse, um die Arbeit im Content-Team effizienter zu gestalten
- Selbstständige Recherche von News und für unsere Content Plattform und Newsletter (z.B. zu Themen wie Blockchain, New Work, Digitale Transformation etc.)
- Planung, Koordination und Betreuung der Startup Insider Social-Media-Kanäle
- Durchgehende Aufbereitung der Startup Insider-Beiträge für Wordpress (SEO-Optimierung, Verlinkung, Fotos einfügen)
- Koordination weiterer (freiberuflicher) Online-Redakteure

**Wen wir suchen: Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. mit einem wirtschaftlichen Hintergrund oder in den Bereichen Medienwissenschaften, Kommunikation oder vergleichbares
- Du besitzt (erste) Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und hast ggf. bereits Projekte eigenständig umgesetzt und/oder geleitet
- Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Themengebieten sind Deine Leidenschaft
- Die Google-Produkte wie Gmail, Google Drive, Google Kalender, Google Sheets, etc. sind kein Neuland für Dich
- Du begeisterst Dich für Startups, Technologien und Digitalisierung und besitzt ein großes Interesse an News aus der Tech-, Startup
- und Digitalwelt
- (Erste) Erfahrungen mit Content Management Systemen (CMS) wie Wordpress (eventuell Headless CMS, Headless Wordpress), SEO, Newslettern und Analytics Tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Sistrix, SEObility..) sowie Bildbearbeitung von Vorteil
- Du bringst frische Ideen und innovative Ansätze ein, um unser redaktionelles Angebot kontinuierlich zu verbessern und auszubauen
- Du hast Lust auf eine steile Lernkurve und digitale Arbeitsprozesse sind für Dich nicht mehr wegzudenken
- Du bist teamorientiert, proaktiv und offen für Kollaboration und Feedback
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst den Überblick über mehrere Projekte und kannst Prioritäten setzen
- Du beherrschst Deutsch auf einem muttersprachlichem Niveau (in Wort und Schrift) und bringst konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse mit
- Außerdem bist du wissbegierig und begeisterungsfähig, aufmerksam und sorgfältig, aber vor allem bist du weltoffen und digital
