Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine/n versierte/n Head of Performance Marketing & CRM (m/w/d). Du übernimmst die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Neu
- und Bestandskundensteuerung von der Traffic-Akquise bis hin zur Kundenbindung und -entwicklung. Gemeinsam mit Deinen Teams treibst Du die Weiterentwicklung der Marketingkanäle E-Mail, SEA, Affiliate, Preisvergleich und Retargeting voran, weg von einer isolierten Kanalbetrachtung hin zu einer touchpointübergreifenden Kundensteuerung. Dabei bist Du kontinuierlich im Austausch mit unserer Marketingleitung sowie den anderen Marketing-Bereichen wie u.a. Onsite, Brand und Analytics.Wir freuen uns darauf, gemeinsam mit Dir ein neues Kapitel aufzuschlagen und tausendkind mit Elan & Expertise weiter auszubauen

Aufgaben
- Strategische Steuerung und inhaltliche Leitung der Bereiche Performance Marketing und CRM
- Verantwortung für die operative Umsetzung Deiner Maßnahmen
- Budget
- und Umsatzverantwortung für die entsprechenden Kanäle
- Optimierung der relevanten Kanal-KPIs
- Fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung von insgesamt 5 Teammitgliedern

Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing und in der Kundensteuerung
- Du hast mindestens einen Performance-Marketing Kanal eigenständig geführt und konntest substanzielle Erfahrung mit den Themen Customer Activation, Retention Marketing und Lifecycle Management sammeln
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits mit Emarsys oder einem ähnlichen CRM-Tool gearbeitet
- Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Knowhow im E-Commerce und ein gutes Gespür für Trends
- Du gehst routiniert mit den gängigen KPIs und Reportings um
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten und ein konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung und lebst einen kooperativen, modernen Führungsstil
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
