**DEINE Aufgaben**:
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung, der Betreuungskreis unserer Payroll-Abteilung umfasst 6 Offices aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz mit circa 1.200 Mitarbeitern
- Prüfung und Umsetzung von abrechnungsrelevanten Sachverhalten, auf Grund von Entsendungen auch im internationalen Kontext
- Erstellung von monatlichen Berichten und Statistiken
- Bearbeitung des Melde
- und Bescheinigungswesens
- Erstellung von Vorerfassungstabellen
- Mitwirkung bei der Abrechnung der Werkstudierenden
- Unterstützung bei der Urlaubsverwaltung
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei Projekten wie beispielsweise das Bain Bike Program und der Betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
**UNSERE ANForderungen**:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung/ggf. Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten oder vergleichbares Studium
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung bspw. durch eine Ausbildung oder Praktika wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- DATEV- & Workday-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Zahlen
- sowie IT-Affinität
- Eigenverantwortliche, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
