**_ For our location in Rangsdorf, we are looking for a Team Leader (M/F/d) to start as soon as possible._**

- You lead your team in a motivating, appreciative, and results-oriented manner, serving as a competent point of contact and role model.
- You coordinate team members and are responsible for implementing and evaluating daily performance targets.
- You instruct new employees in work processes.
- You are the contact person for safety, order, and cleanliness in the workplace.
- You ensure a smooth shift start and transition.
- You conduct feedback and development discussions with team members.
- You are responsible for actively managing and supporting warehouse and logistics processes, contributing to continuous process improvement.
- You monitor compliance with daily and shift goals, as well as productivity based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Relevant professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics and initial leadership experience with up to 20 employees.
- Completed training with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification.
- Good technical understanding of conveyor and scanner technology.
- Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system).
- Proficient written and spoken communication skills in German (at least B1 level), ideally supplemented with other foreign language skills (English / Polish).
- Strong commitment, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and self-responsible work approach.
- Knowledge of Lean Management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and a solid understanding of numbers.
