**Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Seefracht-Teams mit ca. 10 Mitarbeitern Für FCL und LCL Importe
- Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung des Bestandkunden-Geschäftes
- Steuerung und Überwachung des operativen Tagesgeschäftes
- Betreuung der Kunden und deren Dienstleister
- Optimierung der internen Prozesse im Sinne KVP
- Verhandlungen führen zu Raten und Preisen sowie das zugehörige Angebotsmanagement
- Kostenmanagement und Statistikerstellung einschl. der Darstellung der wichtigen Geschäftsergebnisse
- Mitarbeit im operativen Geschäft

**Anforderungen**:

- Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Ausbildung
- Erste Führungserfahrung im Bereich der Seefracht
- Selbständiger Arbeitsstil in Verbindung mit guter Organisation
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- Motivierender teamorientierter Arbeits
- und Führungsstil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT Systemen
- Flexibel und einsatzbereit
