In the PERFECT project, you work together with our team on enhancing our LiFi technology (optical wireless transmission, Light-Fidelity). The project aims to increase our Li-Fi systems data rates significantly. Be a part of our team and come on a journey of research and innovation

**What you will do**
- Measurement and evaluation of novel communication laser module properties
- Concept design for automated Li-Fi prototype alignment
- Program the microcontroller based alignment logic utilizing real-time measurements
- Design and construction of necessary electronic circuits
- Integrate the device alignment sub system into the testbed

**What you bring to the table**
- Full-time students of electrical engineering, physics or communications engineering with good to very good grades
- First experiences in microcontroller or physical computing platform programming, e.g., with Arduino.
- Experience in development and implementation of simple electronic circuits is advantageous
- Knowledge in using HF measurement equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and autonomously

The position is initially limited to 6 months. An extension is explicitly desired.
