**Das Sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Intensive Beobachtung des regionalen Marktes und des Wettbewerbs zur Identifikation von neuen Standorten im gesamten Bundesgebiet
- Zielgerichtete Akquisition von Standorten für das Parkraummanagement
- Mitwirkung bei Kalkulationen mit detaillierten Markt-, Portfolio
- und Standortanalysen
- Selbstständige Betreuung der neuen Geschäftspartner im Erstkontakt
- Aufbau belastbarer Netzwerke und Kontaktpflege zu Kunden und Entscheidungsträgern im Vertriebsgebiet

- Sie sind motiviert Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick in der zugeteilten Region zu entfalten
- Sie gehen stets die Extra-Meile und zeigen dabei Druckresistenz und Empathie
- Sie zeigen Selbstdisziplin und sind gewohnt eigenverantwortlich das Verkaufsgebiet akquisitorisch erfolgreich auszubauen
- Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie sind im Besitz eines Führerscheins Klasse 3/B, haben sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft
