Deine Aufgaben:

- Organisation und Durchführung der monatlichen Abrechnung, Prozessieren der Eingangsrechnungen
- Budgetüberwachung und Erstellen von Auswertungen
- Verwaltung von Kunden
- und Dienstleisterverträgen, sowie der zugehörigen Stammdaten
- Korrespondenz mit Kunden & Lieferanten
- Vertretung der Assistenz der Geschäftsführung
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Organisationsstrukturen der Verwaltung
- Du hast die Gelegenheit Einblicke in Betriebsabläufe der Geschäftsführung zu erhalten dich aktiv einzubringen.

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Finance
- Du hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Eigeninitiative und Engagement sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Du arbeitest organisiert und lösungsorientiert
- Du hast Spaß daran, dich in neue, spannende und tagesaktuelle Themen einzuarbeiten
