**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Create a robust and equitable approach to the BCG X People Experience in terms of development, engagement, and retention in line with BCG X culture. The role works closely with other Global People team leaders in Learning, Talent Acquisition, CDC and DEI to create holistic talent strategies and solutions.

This role requires a unique combination of strategic, operational, and tactical expertise and works with Global & Regional BCG X and Core stakeholders aligning them towards a progressive approach to building a best-in-class talent proposition that evolves our culture and behaviours of leaders and employees.

- Define BCG X career pathways working closely with LOB & Chapter leadership to create compelling and consistent career framework for all X-ers
- Work in partnership with LOB Senior People Directors & Business Management Directors to ensure consistent and on-going career engagement for all BCG X employees

Culture, Engagement & Retention: Drive a high performance, high engagement culture to

achieve the BCG X Strategy through our People and ensure we attract and retain the best

digital talent.
- Define the people & EVP initiatives that are going to be the foundation of the BCG X employee experience working closely with commercial stakeholders to ensure
- balance between people & commercial priorities
- Incubate people initiatives and ensure consistent rollout across regions driving centralised communication and implementation approach
- Develop and implement global people communications to drive engagement with X Talent
- Build an inclusive culture with employee wellbeing and experience at the core, delivering a workplace that is true to our culture and values and ensure our people are motivated and empowered to work at their full potential

Talent Strategy & Business Partnering: Partner with global and regional leaders to define the overall talent strategy that will support the needs of our expanding business. Act as point of contact with BCG core teams to ensure alignment.
- Act as a sounding board to the BCG X People Leadership team to drive People strategy and initiatives, provide counsel, advice and valuable pushback.
- Ensure that our LOB People Leadership have the support and information they need to perform at their best and drive consistent change and implementation across each BCG X region
- Support and input to our global capacity planning and work closely with finance and Business Management Directors to ensure that supports our Global Talent Strategy Strategic People Projects
- Lead delivery of strategic projects within the Global People Function working with stakeholders to influence and align with BCG X People Agenda
- Own and steer agendas for, and prepare content for key leadership meetings to update, escalate, or drive decisions

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Minimum 10-12 years professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Past experience working in the Org / HR space preferred but not essential
- BCG consulting staff experience preferred
- Significant experience working with senior teams preferably in a dynamic project-based work environment
- Highly proficient in excel and powerpoint and well experienced in verbal and written communications to senior audiences
- Excellent written and spoken English
