**Deine Aufgaben**:
Du liebst es, Konzepte und digitale Produkte zu entwickeln, dich mit Ad
- und MarTech Trends für führende TV-Häuser und digitale Publisher auseinanderzusetzen und dich zeichnet ein hohes Maß an eigenem Gestaltungswillen und Innovationsgeist aus? Du unterstützt und begleitest Projekte von der Idee über den Launch hinaus langfristig und möchtest Teil der stetigen Weiterentwicklung sein? Dann findest du im Team SME Europe innerhalb der RTL AdAlliance genau das, was du dir wünscht: Vielfältige, spannende Projekte rund um das Thema klein und mittelständiger Unternehmen und einen regen Austausch mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen zur Entwicklung neuer, skalierbarer Vermarktungsmöglichkeiten. Wir entwickeln und managen Media
- und Tech Lösungen für Small
- and Medium Businesses (SMEs) sowie Retail-Media Kunden (Händlermarketing). Wir sind Schnittstelle und Impulsgeber und treiben als sechsköpfiges Team die Neu
- und Weiterentwicklung über diverse Produkte und Märkte unter dem Dach der RTL Group in Europa voran.
- Du begleitest die strategische und operative Entwicklung des gesamten SME Europe Teams. Dabei unterstützt Du das Monitoring, die Optimierung und die Weiterentwicklung von Bestandsprodukten und Prozessen anhand fortwährender interner und externer Feedbacks.
- Du beobachtest kontinuierlich die Marktanforderungen und technologischen Entwicklungschancen, um bestmögliche Skalierungsprozesse herauszuarbeiten.
- Die Erstellung und Aktualisierung unserer Verkaufsunterlagen sowie unseren Kommunikationsfunnel (Präsentationen, Preisunterlagen, Informationsmaterial, Newsletter etc.) zählt ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Du bist Business Developer:in, kreative:r Impulsgeber:in und - auf Wunsch - Projektmanager:in und arbeitest in interdisziplinären Projektteams mit konkreter Produktrelevanz. Dabei unterstützt Du das gesamte SME Team mit einer Mischung aus wiederkehrenden Aufgaben (z. B. Abgleich Sales KPIs, Präsentationen, Agency Hub, Organisation SME Summit) und neuen Projekten.
- Du hast Lust auf Innovationen, identifizierst und konzipierst Business Opportunities und gestaltest den weiteren Ausbau unseres Business, sowohl Produkt
- als auch länderübergreifend in Europa. Dabei legst du hohen Wert auf skalierbare Lösungen für B2B-Kunden.
- Dein Fokus liegt auf Ad
- & MarTech. Du begleitest Projekte zur Neu
- und Weiterentwicklung von skalierbaren Co-Seller-Vermarktungs-Produkten und Services mit Fokus auf Tools und Prozesse zum digitalen Kampagnen-Management, -Reporting und -Sales-Monitoring.
- Du überblickst deine Projekte gewissenhaft von der Idee über den Launch hinaus und entwickelst sie stetig weiter; dabei fungierst du als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle relevanten Stakeholder.
- Du startest zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Hamburg, Köln oder sonstigem Standort innerhalb der RTL AdAlliance.

**Dein Profil**:

- Eingeschriebene(-) Student:in, vorzugsweise im Medienumfeld oder BWL, gerne auch im Bereich Mediendesign/Grafik/Kommunikationsdesign. Dabei steht dein Studium an erster Stelle und wir arbeiten in einer Mischung aus Präsenzzeiten im Office sowie Home-Office Möglichkeiten.
- Deine Persönlichkeit steht an erster Stelle: Du überzeugst durch ein selbstsicheres und durchsetzungsstarkes Auftreten, kombiniert mit herausragender Kommunikationsstärke.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Paketen, insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint (oder vergleichbare Präsentationsprogramme), sowie über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Vermarktung und Monetarisierung von Werbeprodukten (z. B. in Agenturen) und weist auf, welche relevanten Kennzahlen und Metriken es im Bereich digitale Werbung ankommt.
- Du hast vorzugsweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement gesammelt und verfügst über grundlegende Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung und Preisgestaltung.
- Du zeichnest dich durch einen hohen Gestaltungswillen und Innovationsgeist sowie ein hohes Maß an unternehmerischem sowie strategischem Denken aus, gepaart mit Umsetzungsfähigkeit und das nötige Stück Pragmatismus.
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in, strebst mit hohem Leistungseinsatz nach fortwährender Verbesserung. Selbständiges und lösungsorientiertes Handeln zeichnen Dich aus. Dabei unterstützen wir dich mit einem hohen Maß an gelebter Fehlerkultur und unterstützen deine persönliche Weiterentwicklung.
