Accounts Payable Accountant

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant in Czech. You should not only have accounting expertise, but also see yourself as part of the team and inspire with your open and cooperative nature. In close cooperation with a dedicated accounting team in Germany, you will support the insourcing process of accounting and be involved in the expansion of a future-orientated accounting department.Become part of the Paessler family, where we not only care about software, but also about the people behind itYOUR TASKS
- You will check, assign accounts, and record all incoming invoices
- You will process national and international payment transactions
- You will check and post company credit card statements
- You will check national and international travel expense reports
- You will provide travel expense training for new team members in German and English
- You will assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- You will collaborate on departmental and cross-departmental projects
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and posting of standing orders
- You will represent asset accounting
- You will support foreign subsidiaries in the future

YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with an additional accounting qualification and have several years of experience in accounting
- You have good HGB knowledge
- Ideally, you have already worked with the DATEV Unternehmen online software and other ERP systems
- You have very good English and IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and enjoy using them in your job
- You are friendly, flexible and value an independent way of working
- You enjoy working in an international environment with a highly professional team
- Due to the areas of responsibility entrusted to you, discretion, loyalty and reliability are among your absolute strength
- Knowledge of German is beneficial but not necessary
