Logistics Operator

We are an aspiring start-up in the medical device industry that focuses on the development and distribution of innovative products to improve patient care. Our team is constantly growing and we are looking for a dedicated logistics operator (M/F/d) to help us organize our logistics and shipping processes smoothly.

**Your tasks**:

- Coordination and monitoring of outgoing and incoming goods
- Ensuring that medical products are delivered on time and in the correct manner
- Organization of packaging and shipping preparation in accordance with medical and legal regulations
- Communication with transport service providers and freight forwarders
- Creation and control of shipping documents
- Checking and managing stocks
- Support in optimizing logistics processes and procedures

**Your profile**:

- Completed training in logistics, freight forwarding or a comparable qualification
- Experience in freight forwarding or warehouse logistics, ideally in medical technology or a related field
- Good knowledge of handling shipping documents and customs regulations
- Reliability, organizational talent and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Technical understanding and a quick grasp of things
- Initiative and the willingness to take on responsibility
