Wir entwickeln soziale Zukunft Als operativer IT-Dienstleister der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) betreibt das IT-Systemhaus am Hauptstandort Nürnberg/Fürth sowie an verschiedenen Standorten deutschlandweit mit über 100 eigenen IT-Anwendungen, 170.000 vernetzten PC-Arbeitsplätzen und der dazugehörigen Infrastruktur eine der größten IT-Landschaften Deutschlands und entwickelt diese ständig weiter. Sie werden im IT-Systemhaus tariflich als IT-Spezialist/-in eingestellt.
Mögliche Arbeitsorte für diese Ausschreibung sind: Nürnberg/Fürth, Berlin, Bochum, Chemnitz, Hannover,

Die Stelle ist im neu geschaffenen Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) des IT-Systemhauses als Teil des Architektur Office (Z91) angesiedelt. Hier suchen wir eine/n Senior Professional Project Office.
Die Nutzung von externen Cloud Services ist mittelfristig, aus unterschiedlichen Gründen, für die BA unabdingbar. Cloud-Dienste werden sowohl im Bereich des IT-Arbeitsplatzes (M365) als auch im Bereich der Softwareentwicklung eingesetzt. Um die BA auf derartige transformative Veränderungen vorzubereiten, bedarf es technisch und organisatorisch steuernden Ressourcen.
Aktuell steht die BA vor zahlreichen regulatorischen, organisatorischen und technischen Herausforderungen die für eine effektive Nutzung von externen Cloud-Services gelöst werden müssen.
Wichtige Handlungsfelder des Bereichs sind:
- Informationsgewinnung vertiefen
- Vertragliche Rahmenbedingungen verstehen und Cloud-Verträge vorbereiten
- Fortschreibung der BA Cloud-Strategie
- Methoden zur Cloud-Kostenrechnungen erarbeiten
- Aufbau von technischen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit externen Cloud-Services
- Konzeption und Durchführen von Cloud Readiness Assessments
- Initiierung und Begleitung des Veränderungsprozesses

Ihre Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten Die Aufgaben der zu besetzenden Stelle bestehen in der Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung der oben genannten Aufgabenfelder in Zusammenarbeit mit der CCoE Leistung.Die beinhaltet unter anderem:Unterstützung bei Planung, Organisation und Durchführung Erstellung und Pflege von Projekt(teil)dokumentationen Überwachung von Terminen und Fristen Kommunikation und Koordination mit ProjektbeteiligtenKonkrete Tätigkeiten sind hierbei:Die Koordination der Externen Unterstützung Das Erstellen und Aufbereiten und konzeptionellen Dokument und Präsentationen Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der entsprechenden Informationskanäle (Confluence, Sharepoint, Blog, Newsletter usw.) zur Informationsverteilung Organisation von Meetings und Workshops
-Koordination der in den unterschiedlichen Bereichen durchzuführenden Cloud-Proof of Concepts
Sie bringen als Voraussetzung mit Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbares ProfilSie überzeugen weiterhin durchFundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden, -standards, -prozessen und ToolsIdealerweise bringen Sie noch folgende Kenntnisse mitTechnisches Verständnis im Umgang mit externen Cloud Diensten Fundierte Kenntnisse von Präsentations
- und Moderationstechniken Eigenverantwortung und Selbstorganisation
