Volumen: 16-20 Stunden / Woche

Talent Acquisition**: Du unterstützt uns in diversen Aspekten des Talent Acquisition Prozesses, von der Gestaltung von Stellenanzeigen bis hin zu LinkedIn Talent Scouting, Bewerbungsscreenings und dem Führen von Erstgesprächen
- ** Team Happiness**:Du schaffst gemeinsam mit dem People-Team eine Arbeitsumgebung, in der sich alle rundum wohlfühlen, unterstützt in der Organisation unvergesslicher Teamevents und zauberst mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten ein Lächeln auf jedes Gesicht
- ** People Management**:Du bist Ansprechpartner für personalrelevante Fragen und Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden und förderst aktiv die Integration neuer Teammitglieder in die Unternehmenskultur, um einen nahtlosen Einstieg zu gewährleisten
- ** Office Management**:Du leistest deinen Beitrag an administrativen Aufgaben, behältst den Bestand an Office Supplies im Auge und koordinierst Bestellungen
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in (mindestens 2. Bachelor Semester) in einem relevanten Studiengang. Das Studiengebiet ist für uns weniger wichtig als konzeptionelles Denken und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Du hast idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit dem Bereich Talent Acquisition oder People Management gesammelt oder bist ohne Vorkenntnisse intrinsisch hochmotiviert, dein Wissen & Können auszubauen
- Du scheust dich nicht davor, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und bringst eine Arbeitsweise mit, welche proaktiv, strukturiert und gewissenhaft ist
- Du identifizierst dich mit unserer Vision und Kernwerten und trittst als Ergotopia Ambassador nach innen und außen auf
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau sowie Englisch fließend
