We are proud that DHL Consulting's head office in Bonn, Germany, is home to approx. 100 colleagues from 30 different countries. Our HR team is a core team at DHL Consulting and takes care of all HR-related topics for the global organization of DHL Consulting.

As we are growing our HR Team, we are searching for you to work with us to provide the best-in-class services for our organization.We currently aim for your starting date to be as soon as possible - but we are flexible on that.

**Who you'll work with**:
You will strengthen the Human Resources Team of DHL Consulting based in Bonn. Our team of passionate HR professionals focuses on attracting a diverse pool of talents that represent the communities we live and work in. We are also responsible for managing the full range of professional development activities - putting the emphasis on staffing and learning activities for the consulting professionals. You will collaborate closely with all team members to ensure cohesion and establish effective working relationships with our consulting team and office leadership geared towards seamless people operations.

**The role and your impact**:
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to
- ensure that new colleagues are onboarded successfully and that all systems and databases remain updated with all required information
- support various HR and professional development processes, including promotions, job changes, leave of absence, and offboarding
- manage the organizational aspects of our training academy, organize trainings, and implement process improvements where required
- manage and maintain DHLC's different employee experience platforms and dashboards
- act as an interface to our payroll department by providing relevant employee information and ensuring quality
- participate in improvement initiatives and collaborate in HR projects

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field or completed apprenticeship and 2-3 years of working experience in HR administration/training
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Full proficiency (C1/C2) in English and German
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset
- International experience desired
- Proficiency in relevant tools, i.e., MS Office (PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel), LinkedIn
