**What you will do**:

- Crafting and analyzing comprehensive financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide valuable insights into our financial health.
- Vigilantly monitoring budgets and cash flow, ensuring optimal financial performance and resource allocation.
- Championing compliance with accounting standards and regulations, safeguarding our financial integrity.
- Serving as a strategic advisor, offering invaluable financial guidance to management and other departments.
- Collaborating closely with Product and Project Managers, as well as department directors, to create accurate and achievable project forecasts.
- Leading the charge in monthly financial reviews and budgeting processes, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Inspiring excellence within our finance team, managing and overseeing their work with precision and mentorship.
- Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, controlling or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes and controls.
- Fluency in both German and English languages, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multicultural teams.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, a related field, or equivalent practical experience obtained in the industry.
- Thorough knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling challenges with creativity and precision.
- Advanced proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel, enabling efficient financial analysis and modeling.
