EDURINOs vision is to teach children 21st century skills with the power of games. We rethink how children play and learn and develop a hybrid play-based learning system that combines hard
- and software. Haptic figurines and a stylus pen are the key to adaptive learning games.
Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and interactive, game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old. With our Series A funding of €10,5 million (by DN Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, FJ Labs, b2venture and Emerge Education), we’ll be able to accelerate the development of new learning worlds, grow our team further and expand our reach to more learners around the globe

**Role Purpose**
Join Edurino as Intern Entrepreneur in Residence (M/F/d) and collaborate closely with our visionary chief of staff, our co-founders, and diverse cross-department stakeholders to help us scale our revolutionary business It's a unique opportunity to gather hands-on experience, learn from skilled entrepreneurs with a growth mindset, and to further develop entrepreneurial skills in a variety of projects within our dynamic organisation.

**Your mission at EDURINO**:

- You work closely together with the chief of staff and our two co-founders (Ex-BCG), supporting them in the strategic planning of the learning app and hardware.
- You initiate your own strategic and operational projects (e.g. identifying and building new business collaborations) and take full ownership in driving them forward.
- You take on responsibility from day 1 in shaping the strategy and further growth of an emerging edtech startup with your ideas and projects.

**It is a match if you**:

- ... are currently enrolled as a student and bring ~3 months time for a full-time internship.
- ... are an **advanced student of management/business/economics** or a related field with excellent academic performance.
- ... have work experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up/strategy consulting/investment banking).
- ... are a hands-on person with a goal-driven can-do mentality and have a very autonomous working style.
- ... are highly analytical driven and love working with data.
- ... are a proactive communicator, fluent in English, and confident interacting with an international/intercultural team.
