**The Role**

As a Motion Designer (M/F/d), you will be responsible for designing visually appealing motion graphics, as well as creating compelling graphics and marketing materials.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and videos that align with the brand's aesthetic and objectives
- Collaborate with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and video editors, to conceptualize and execute innovative visual solutions
- Support in the design visually engaging and user-friendly websites, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms
- Cooperate with developers to ensure proper implementation of design elements and maintain design consistency throughout the development process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion design, animation, and visual storytelling

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design projects and animations
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch and other animation and video editing tools
- Solid understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling
- Knowledge and experience with Web Graphic design
- Ability to think creatively, work collaboratively, and effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
