We are looking for a head coach for our hotel. We would like to give you the following tasks:
- Employee management and training
- Presence with guests and employees
- Regular inspections with a focus on technical defects, cleanliness and hygiene
- budgeting
- Forecasting
- Complaint management
- Regular reporting to the cluster manager
We would like a new colleague* who maintains an overall overview, promotes communication in the departments and brings innovative ideas to optimize the operational departments
