**This is a working student contract** due to start within the upcoming months (The sooner the better). This is a versatile role, working across Marketing, Business, Communications/PR, Product and Creative teams. You will work on a global brand that has sparked more new connections than any other dating app, and learn from leading industry experts. You will work on projects that push the envelope of brand marketing.

**The Team**

The Marketing team is responsible for defining the local brand strategy and setting up campaigns that effectively promote our brand and engage with our target audience. We continuously explore fresh marketing approaches to captivate our target audience. With a strong emphasis on creativity and data-driven decision-making, each member of our marketing team has the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the ongoing success of our brand.

**Where you’ll work**:
This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration twice per week. This position is located in Berlin, Germany

**In this role, you will**:

- Support the team on competitor analysis & consumer research
- Monitor market trends both within the dating category as well as outside to generate insights for the localization of Tinder brand narrative in DACH
- Support on setting up local brand partnerships in collaboration with the Marketing Team & the Business Development Team
- Support the local Marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns
- Increase local relevancy by activating local cultural moments in collaboration with the CRM team
- Work on reports to analyze Tinder’s performance and users’ data
- Bring a Gen Z perspective on our always-on activities, including social media and influencers
- Participate in cross functional meetings across the region and worldwide
- Report to the Associate Director Marketing DACH directly

**We're looking for**:

- Ideally a Master student in marketing/management, previous experience is a strong plus
- Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
- Curious, hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic
- Passion for marketing and marketing trends, especially among Gen Z
- Will to shape the future of dating: inclusive, diverse and empathetic.
- Excellent project management skills and executional abilities with a high attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and high comfort level with ambiguity and adapting to change
- Team player with strategic vision
- A native German speaker with an excellent command of English
