- Establish a close relationship with current customers, making regular customer visits,

selecting long-term customers with potential for further growth
- Provide feedback from customers on the production process
- Actively participate in the marketing process
- Active participation in events (fairs, conferences)

- An intensive relationship with the selected region and orientation in the specifications

of the German market
- Proven experience in printed circuit board manufacturing, development, design or a

sustainable knowledge of materials or manufacturing technologies used
- German as mother tongue, English at communicative level
- Willingness to travel, politeness, helpfulness and customer openness, independence.
