We are a diverse team with members in Germany, India, Mexico and China, supporting everything from collaboration solutions based on Microsoft and Atlassian to advanced analytics & reporting solutions and state-of-the-art HR IT systems based on Workday. We closely coordinate our areas of responsibility and strategies with our business partners. Our role is to ensure efficient project and platform management to drive the technology-based success of our business.

In your role as Senior Architect Web Applications (M/F/d), you can expect not only a high degree of creative freedom and a truly international environment, but also excellent colleagues to support you throughout your journey.

Your assignmentsIn your new role, you will design and develop our future CMS and web architecture based on the latest technologies for both cloud-based and hybrid on-premises environments.
-You will lay the foundation for our projects by driving the definition and implementation of modern services, focusing on both technical and functional aspects.
-As a project manager, you will coordinate with external offshore service providers and business stakeholders, providing expert technical guidance.
-Leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will design, review, and approve web architecture solutions and estimates, ensuring successful project delivery across all phases.
-You will be responsible for maintaining operational stability, availability, and maintainability, guaranteeing high-quality service delivery from external suppliers while steering the implementation of modern CMS and web technology strategies.
-Additionally, you will collaborate with Data Privacy, IT Security, and business stakeholders to align and propel our business strategy and innovation on a global scale.

**Profile**:
A degree with a strong focus on IT and media content is highly desirable.
-Comprehensive knowledge of cloud
- and web architecture, content management systems, web-related frameworks, multi-channel outputs, and fundamental UX/UI principles.
-Proficient in project management methodologies, both agile and traditional (e.g., Scrum, Prince2), with substantial experience in engineering, structuring, and documenting requirements.
-Skilled in defining services, with preferred experience in managing service operations through external suppliers.
-Exceptional presentation and communication abilities in English (business-level fluency), with German language proficiency seen as an additional benefit; well-versed in office software including MS Office, Confluence, and Jira.
-Expertise in managing service providers and business stakeholders, coupled with advanced capabilities in budgeting and reporting.
-Previous leadership experience, either leading projects or managing teams, is an advantage.
