**Job Description**:
**Observability Architect**

TP ( contract role 3-6 month)

1-2 days in a week working at onsite ( Essen, Germany)

Notice Period: Immediate - 2 weeks

Language proficiency - Mandatory English

Must have skills - Observability Architect

Good to have skills - Programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript)

Detailed JD:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure that observability is integrated into the software development lifecycle.

Define and enforce observability standards and best practices across the organization.

Evaluate and recommend observability technologies, tools, and frameworks to meet the needs of the organization.

Develop and maintain documentation and guidelines for observability-related processes and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to system performance, reliability, and security.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in observability technologies and best practices, and provide thought leadership to the organization.

Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to other team members on observability concepts, tools, and practices.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Observability Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of observability concepts, methodologies, and tools.

Hands-on experience with observability technologies such as monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack), tracing frameworks (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Jaeger), and alerting systems (e.g., Alertmanager).

Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript) for automation and customization of observability solutions.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) for continuous integration, deployment, and delivery.

Knowledge of security best practices related to observability, such as data privacy, authentication, and authorization.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
