**Du verantwortest**:

- Vertriebsinnendienst für Benelux, Skandinavien, Italien, Spanien
- ROW Betreuung unserer Handelspartner*innen in Englisch, Italienisch und Spanisch
- Vertragsmanagement
- Abwicklung von Reklamationen sowie der sonstigen Korrespondenz
- Unterstützung der Key Account Manager*in und der Länderverantwortlichen
- Konditions
- und Datenpflege
- Erstellen von Auswertungen
- Teilnahme an Messen

**Du bringst mit**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der internationalen Kundenbetreuung und der Arbeit in einem multikulturellen Team erwünscht
- Technisches Interesse und Verständnis
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Italienischkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sowie Spanisch wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP sowie eine große Systemaffinität
- Kenntnisse in einem CRM-System, Salesforce von Vorteil
