**Your Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Contribute together with Head Clinical Initiatives to identify and define key strategic projects across GCD to ensure organizational performance and drive related initiatives
- Ensure connectivity between all GCD groups to identify bottlenecks, propose prioritization/optimization to establish effective cross-functional team work
- Ensure interfaces with other functions (e.g. Portfolio Management, Information Technology, Strategy Transformation) to integrate GCD planning into the overall planning process
- Anticipate and/or respond in a timely way to portfolio and project changes as well as key-stakeholder and customer needs.
- Contribute to and drive implementation and maintenance of new digital and technology platforms as well as other initiatives within multidisciplinary task forces to streamline and enhance processes in alignment with other functions both within and outside of GCD.
- Coordinate FTE and cost centre planning and monitoring for GCD in collaboration with heads of GCD functions, P&O and Finance
- Develop and support the execution of the GCD communication plan (e.g. strategy, messaging, media, events) to ensure the GCD organization is informed and engaged with the strategic direction, main objectives and priorities of the wider organization
- Support the implementation of the Sandoz Values* and culture initiatives within GCD to support a psychologically safe working environment

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Fluent English (oral and written)
- University degree
- MBA or respective education (e.g. PhD)
- Broad experience (10+ years) in pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record demonstrating strong strategic project management skills
- Familiarity with IT project design, planning and on-time execution
- Process improvement methodologies and implementation Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across a global, matrixed company
