Von Null auf 100 - AUTODOC hat sich seit der Unternehmensgründung im Jahre 2008 bis heute als Europas führender Onlinehändler für Autoersatzteile etabliert und ist als solcher in 27 Ländern aktiv. Mit einem starken Kundenfokus und einer bedarfsgerechten Sortimentszusammenstellung mit derzeit rund 4 Mio. Produkten von 1400 Herstellern für 166 Automarken verfolgen wir das Ziel, diesen Erfolgskurs beizubehalten, uns stetig zu verbessern und unsere Marktposition weiter auszubauen. **What we’re looking for**:
**Zur Verstärkung unseres Legal Teams in Berlin-**Kurfürstendamm** suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Volljuristen / eine Volljuristin (m/w/d)** **(m/w/d).**

**Aufgaben**:

- Selbstständige, abteilungsübergreifende Beratung bei einer Vielzahl rechtlicher Fragestellungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen des internationalen Arbeitsrechts, internationalen Vertragsrecht (u.A. Lieferanten
- und SaaS-Verträge), AGB-Recht (B2B und B2C) und Gewährleistungsrecht
- Erstellung von internen Richtlinien, (Vertrags-) Mustern und Leitfäden
- Führen von Vergleichsverhandlungen, Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Anwälten, externen Dienstleistern, Behörden und Gerichten
- Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Schulungen in den oben genannten Bereichen
- Rechtliche Begleitung und Durchführung internationaler abteilungsübergreifender Projekte, z.B. aus den Bereichen People, direkter und indirekter Einkauf, Marketplaces

**Qualifikationen**:

- Zwei erfolgreich abgeschlossene juristische Staatsexamina
- Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen oder einer Kanzlei
- Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Rechtsgebiete einzuarbeiten
- Strukturierte, flexible und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnetes prozessuales und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu strukturieren, zu analysieren und zielgerichtet zusammen zu fassen
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Hands
- on Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit, Verständnis und Begeisterung für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Russisch, von Vorteil
