At the Hamburg Center for Translational Immunology (HCTI) within the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), we are actively seeking highly motivated postdoctoral fellows with a robust background in experimental immunology in the laboratory of Prof. Christoph Schramm and Dr. Dorothee Schwinge.

We use a wide range of methods and cutting-edge platforms, including translational mouse models, cell and organoid culture, bulk and 10X single-cell RNA-and nuc-sequencing, high dimensional flow cytometry, multiplex immunohistochemistry and other spatial imaging techniques such as Xenium.

Your tasks and benefits:

- Supervision of MD and PhD students
- performing own research projects
- Writing of research publications, animal approvals and research grants

- Experience in mouse models is required, knowledge in bioinformatics desirable
- Expertise in and commitment to experimental and translational immunology
- you should be highly motivated and enjoy teamwork in a young, international and enthusiastic lab
