**MANAGING DIRECTOR* / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER* SHANGHAI / CHINA**:
**Daran werden Sie wachsen**: This will make you grow:

- Act as CFO and strategic business partner to national and international senior executive leadership team

Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long term operational goals, budgets and forecasts

Provide insight and recommendations to both short term and long-term growth plan of organization

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the local executive management team

Communicate, engage, and interact with Board of Directors, CEO and executive management Team

Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders

Select and engage consultants and auditors

Recruit and interview staff

Implement policies procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by senior leadership team

Prepare and present monthly Management reports (order intake, P/L, cash flow etc.)

Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations

Manage financial planning and analysis department

Participate in monthly conference calls with Board of Directors

- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence - ability to motivate staff

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills

Deep knowledge of the commercial aspects especially project controlling

Deep knowledge and understanding of Finance and Controlling reporting

Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance related issues

A strong business network within the local market

Fluently English and/or German, Chinese speaking and writing skills are advantagous but not mandatoring

Be able to work overtime and willing to travel
