As part of the Project Engineering department you will integrate a dynamic and multicultural team responsible to lead a large railway project portfolio in a challenging environment.

**Purpose of the job**:

- Support the Head of Project & Bid Engineering with Site Management initiatives
- Implement Dashboard and Metrics
- Develop and improve governance
- Participate in Site Management activities
- Possibility to move to a project in execution phase to support a Project Engineering Manager in a live project

**Required skills & competencies**:

- Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- Fluent in English, skills in German is a key asset
- Agile and collaborative spirit
- Driven and Dynamic
- Proactive and autonomous
